Stanze ampie e moderne (domotica al top), balconcino, set di cortesia di lusso, doccia walk in e Wc separati, con centro benessere, piscina ed idromassaggio esterno. Elegante e spaziosa la reception/hall; al check in ti consegnano i Ticino ticket con i quali puoi utilizzare i mezzi gratuitamente per tutta la regione, molto comodo in quanto la stazione è proprio dietro la struttura. Si lascia l'auto nel parcheggio e si gira tranquilli, senza il pensiero del parcheggio o del traffico. Treni con puntualità svizzera! Professionale e simpatica la ragazza alla reception, colazione eccezionale dolce e salato, assistiti dalla gentile Fata. Esperienza da consigliare.

Posto bello ma servizio pessimo. Aspettato 1 ora e 30 min per mangiare. In 7 persone preso aperitivi alcolici senza nemmeno una nocciolina. A cena non arrivava la carta perché non ne avevano a disposizione. Al momento di pagare a contanti non si poteva perché la cassa era chiusa e bisognava pagare con la carta. Solo 3 camerieri al servizio e poco organizzati.

Das Hotel ist absolut fantastisch und beeindruckt mit seinem modernen Design und seiner hochwertigen Ausstattung. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der erstklassige SPA-Bereich, die für perfekte Entspannung sorgen. Die Zimmer sind äußerst modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, allerdings war ein leichter Geruch wahrnehmbar, vermutlich, weil das Hotel noch relativ neu ist – für uns kein großes Problem. Ein besonderer Dank gilt Herrn Silviu an der Rezeption, der mit seiner herausragenden Kompetenz und Freundlichkeit einen bleibenden Eindruck hinterlassen hat. Wir hatten ursprünglich eine Beschwerde bezüglich des Housekeepings, doch Silviu hat sich der Sache so professionell und effizient angenommen, dass wir das Problem sofort vergessen konnten. Sein Service war einfach erstklassig! Auch das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet – es gibt eine große Auswahl, sodass wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei ist. Insgesamt hatten wir einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Brandneues Hotel in Gehweite des Bahnhofs. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet und leckeres Essen. Der Empfang war tadellos, Melissa ist definitiv der fünfte Stern des Hotels. Es herrscht eine familiäre Atmosphäre, obwohl es ein 4-Sterne-Hotel ist. Das Lächeln ist die schönste Zutat in diesem Hotel. Fantastisches Personal. Ich hatte die Gelegenheit, das beheizte Schwimmbad auszuprobieren. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dieser Entdeckung. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Il nuovo hotel posizionato accanto alla stazione di Riazzino, è moderno e semplice nello stile; invita ad essere ammirato e la terrazza nascosta dall’esterno da un tocco di vacanza. Dal design acqua mare, ci si immerge in un ambiente simpatico e si spera che questi spazi del ristorante, bar interno e bar esterno possano essere utilizzati non solo dai clienti dell’albergo ma anche dalle persone residenti in zona; che dopo il lavoro desiderano bere un drink o mangiare qualcosa sentendosi per alcuni istanti lontano dallo stress quotidiano.

Très bel hôtel bien desservi par une gare à proximité immédiate, un personnel aux petits soins et une carte à découvrir. Et pour les familles avec jeunes enfants, une salle de jeux spécialement adapté. Bref, une nouvelle adresse à decouvrir
